SHIPPING POLICY

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated on a flat-rate basis.

What are estimated shipping delivery times like?

USA: 3-5 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3-5 days of ordering. If you order apparel, it may take an extra 2 days. Typical turnaround time to reach your door is about 5-10 days from time of order. Our products take a little extra time as they are all made to order, but believe us they will be worth the wait.

My order hasn’t arrived and it’s past the estimated date

If your order hasn’t arrived, please let us know as soon as you can.

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will be at the customer’s cost. 

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us via our contact page and be sure to send your order number. We'll look into it and try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

RETURNS POLICY

Standard return rules:

We typically only accept returns if items are found to be damaged. Therefore, we request and encourage customers to double-check on sizes, colors, etc prior to completing the purchase.

My item arrived damaged:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If your order arrives to you damaged, please contact us with a photo of the damaged product attached within 24-hours of delivery.

I ordered the wrong size:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
